What areas do you service?
We deliver Supported Independent Living across Brisbane and surrounds. [Confirm exact service area — e.g. Greater Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich.]
Do I need to be on the NDIS to access your services?
Our SIL support is delivered through NDIS funding, so you’ll generally need SIL or related Core Supports funding in your plan. Not sure what you have? We can help you check.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. Sunset Care Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living, operating under the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
Can I choose my support workers?
Wherever possible, yes. We match you to a consistent team and take your preferences seriously — the right fit makes all the difference.
Can I live on my own, or do I have to share?
Both are possible. SIL is most common in shared homes, but we support people living independently too. We’ll work out what suits you.
What if my needs change?
Your support isn’t set in stone. We review your Roster of Care regularly and adjust as your goals and needs change.
