Sunset Care Services was founded to close a gap we kept seeing across the sector: participants moved between homes and support workers so often that routines, trust and independence never had a chance to build.
We run a small number of homes well, rather than a large number of homes thinly. Every home is staffed by a core team who know the participants — their routines, their preferences and their goals — rather than an agency roster filled shift by shift.
